Information You Choose to Provide

You can use the calculators without creating an account. Calculator values are processed in your browser to produce results; the current calculator code does not intentionally send those values to a website database or to Google Analytics.

If you contact us by email, we receive the name, email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. Please avoid including passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.

How the Contact Form Works

Our contact form prepares a draft in your email application. Entering information or opening a draft does not send a message to us. We receive your message only after you send it through your email provider. Your email application and provider handle the draft under their own privacy practices.

Google Analytics and Usage Information

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), with measurement ID G-NG65GQNVDF, to understand how visitors use the website. Google Analytics may receive information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from network information, browser and device information, referring pages, interaction and engagement data, and other technical identifiers used for measurement.

Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to distinguish browsers and measure visits. We use this information to understand site performance, improve tools and content, and identify technical or usability issues. We do not intentionally configure Google Analytics to collect the values you type into calculators or the contents of contact messages.

Our hosting provider supports page delivery, availability, and technical security. It may process request data and maintain operational logs for those purposes.

Email and Optional Sharing

Email providers process messages sent between you and us. The contact button opens your chosen email application rather than transmitting a form submission through our website.

If you choose a social-sharing button or an external resource link, the destination service receives the information needed to open that link. Share links include the page URL and, where applicable, its title. The destination service applies its own privacy policy.

Purposes

We use Google Analytics reports to understand traffic patterns, popular pages, device categories, engagement, and site performance so we can improve the website and its calculators. We use information provided through contact messages to respond to questions, investigate reported calculation errors, and consider suggestions. Technical request data supports website delivery and investigation of faults or misuse.

Where applicable data protection law requires a lawful basis, routine correspondence and site security may rely on legitimate interests. Analytics may require consent in some jurisdictions. Where consent is legally required, analytics should be subject to the applicable consent controls.

Service Providers and Legal Requirements

Analytics information is disclosed to Google so Google can provide Google Analytics measurement and reporting. Website requests are processed by hosting infrastructure, and correspondence is processed by email providers. Choosing an external link or sharing service is separate from using our calculators. Review the destination service's policy before providing information there. We do not operate a feature that sells calculator entries or contact messages.

Processing Locations

Google, hosting providers, and email services may process information outside your country. The locations and transfer arrangements depend on the providers involved and the legal safeguards they use.

Protecting Information

No website, analytics system, email system, or internet transmission can guarantee complete security. Limit the personal information you include in a support message, and never send account passwords or financial credentials.

How Long Information Is Kept

Calculator entries are held in the current page rather than saved to a site account. Google Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings configured in our Google Analytics property and Google's applicable processing rules; those settings may change over time.

Correspondence should be kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry, related follow-up, and any applicable recordkeeping obligations. Hosting logs and backups have separate retention settings controlled through the provider.

Using the Tools

The calculators do not require a name, date of birth, or account. Google Analytics may collect technical usage information when pages are visited. Children should avoid sending personal information through email and ask a parent or guardian for help with a contact request.

If you believe a child has sent us personal information that should be removed, contact us using the address below so the request can be reviewed.

Requests and Choices

Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, restrict processing, object to particular uses, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

You can use browser settings to block or delete analytics cookies. Google also provides privacy and account controls for its services. Send privacy requests to the email address below and describe the request clearly.

Browser Privacy Signals

The website does not currently provide a separate response specifically to the older Do Not Track browser setting. Browser cookie blocking, content blocking, or other privacy controls may nevertheless limit Google Analytics requests. Global Privacy Control and similar signals may create legal obligations in some jurisdictions and should be handled according to applicable law.

Where California Law Applies

If you are a California resident and our processing falls within the California Consumer Privacy Act, you may have rights to know, correct, or delete personal information, opt out of certain sales or sharing, and exercise applicable rights without discrimination. Some rights and obligations depend on the law's scope and exceptions.

We do not sell calculator entries or contact messages. Analytics information is disclosed to Google to provide measurement services; whether a particular disclosure is treated as a sale, sharing, or another category depends on the applicable law and configuration.
