Why I Built This Site
I kept finding useful calculations spread across separate pages, old interfaces, and tools that gave a number without explaining the assumptions behind it. That made simple tasks harder than they needed to be.
The goal of this project is different: put focused calculators in one clean website, make the inputs easy to understand, and show enough context around every result that a visitor can see what the number actually means.
The Research Journey
Each calculator starts with the underlying calculation, then the interface is built around the information a real visitor needs to enter and verify. I review the units, defaults, edge cases, and explanatory copy so the page does more than display a single answer. The practical guides show how these assumptions affect real calculations.

The current project includes conversion and planning tools covering cubic yards, fluid ounces and milliliters, wedding beverage planning, rice cup-to-gram conversions, and the Pokemon Sleep recipe calculator. Each page is designed as its own focused resource rather than a thin copy of another calculator.
How I Approach Accuracy
A calculator is only useful when its assumptions are visible. Where a result is an estimate, the page says so. Where different standards can change the answer, the tool exposes those choices rather than pretending one value works everywhere.

Calculations are implemented directly in the tool instead of generated at random.

Inputs such as units, serving sizes, bottle sizes, or reference values stay visible.
